Felt Christmas Cottage
December 28, 2011
You may have noticed this cottage was a little slow making its debut. Yeah, I tend to save the hardest things for last.
Plus I wasn't expecting to make an extra deer and 3 extra trees! Cut me some slack, eh?! ;)
Well, here's how little miss cottage is coming along.
She's actually not as tricky as I thought. Not difficult, just more time consuming because of the # of pieces.
I promise to keep working on it, kay?
(Omg, I LOVE that cross-hatched roof!!!)

I was hoping to get to see your little Christmas Cottage! LOVE this ornament! The cross-hatching on the roof and the red door take it over the top! :)
I love your ornaments so much that I ordered the pattern as a download. Now to find the right colors of felt to make my own! Your work is perfection and I am totally inspired to get going on this. I hope to make a set for each of my grandkids! Thanks for showing us how beautiful these designs are.
It is ADORABLE!!!!!
I bought the Snow Day pattern when you first posted about this back in September. (?) The little red wool coat so reminded me of a coat my Grandma made for my sisters and me when we were little. She passed this fall and thought this kit was perfect to remember her with. I haven't started..of course, but will be traveling soon and can take this to work on in the car. Hope you had a lovely Christmas! Lisa in Texas
Adorable!! It will be all ready for next year. ;p
It looks great already!
I love it! especially the roof!
HI ! THIS IS JUST SO NEAT!
I'M GOING TO MAKE ONE SIMILAR!
THANKS FOR SHARING ♥
Really like the cabin. The cross hatching peaks out so perfectly. The windows and door make me want to sing the song, "Little cabin in the woods. Little men by the window stood, Saw a rabbit hopping by, Knocking at my door..."
Great ornament to make for Next Year. They are all unique
Cute!!!!!!
