A New Word is Required in the English Language
August 2, 2012
... to describe how I feel about these little itty bitty pretty trimmings.
I'm thinkin' stately, gilded shadow box above the fireplace ... behind bulletproof glass ... and a 24/7 security guard.
Seriously you guys, I'm not kidding!
Ok, maybe just a little.
But I do love 'em.
Yeah, no. "Love" doesn't work ... need a new word.

We all have those"treasures" that are pure love to us! A frame around your quilt label? A sweet little dolly quilt? Looks like you are having a ball!

Streamers. Make Plaits for say curtain ties. Make a hooked rug for the table so it will be a bit shabby chic with frayed edgs showing. Attach them to one long piece & let them blow in the wind - door, window, clothesline. Weave them....
So lovely to look at..
What about using them on your alphabet embroidery?
SWWWWWWEEEET! Love them, love your blog.....
The thing is.... I can pick out patterns that I recognize and love and have in my stash too.. Cant wait to get the Sunday Morning book!
I'd call these an absolute delight!
