I found this Chinese pouch tutorial the other day ... I could not get to my sewing machine fast enough to start making it.

Here's how mine turned out. 

Daughter #1 called dibbs on it already.  Guess I need to make another one.  Or two.  Or ... you know ... maybe about infinity more.

Wanna know where I got the pretty pink floral?  From this, adorable Etsy shop Simply Sweet Fabric.  Such a fantastic selection of tiny florals and pretty prints over there.

I love the light blue/tiny roses stripe. I'm having my living room in those colors (+ a very light minty green). I hope to start painting the walls next week, because our floor will be in then! Just have to find a way to get some more hours into a day, because with work and 4 kids, all our time seems to disappear... but I'm sure I could find some time to do something crafty with a beautiful bundle of fabrics!
