I second Kathy Hoback's suggestion. I was (am) going to say...Move to Florida, there is a house in our neighborhood that is for sale. Of course you have to deal with 90's in the summer, but I assure you it is worth it!

oh my...please tell me you live near the North Pole! I'm in New England and what happens in Canada often moves down to New Hampshire - I am not ready for snow!!!
