Farmer's Wife Quilt Along Week 33

Pink & Gray

I think all my FW blocks this month will have gray because, well, I liked last week's blocks so much and I really need to catch up with this color for my quilt.

#40 - Friendship Block

Yeah, this block and I are DEFINITELY friends! :)

#80 - Single Wedding Star

Yep.  I totally love pink.

Sorry guys, no funny in me today ... I looked EVERYWHERE for it.

But I got nothin'.  Nada.  Zip.  Zero.  Zilch.

Maybe if I had a glass of wine or something.  Naw, it'll just make me sleepy and then I won't be able to feel the end of my nose.

And then I'll have to pee.

Never mind ... I'll keep lookin'.  Maybe it'll show up tomorrow.

I am loving the gray with everything. Your stitching is amazing. I especially love the background fabric you have used. I bought your pattern and am procrastinating getting started. I want it to be as perfect as yours. I look to your blog every day with excitement and anticipation. Thanks.

The blocks are lovely - they are so neat, with perfect points - perhaps you could just pop over for a little holiday and do mine for me!!

I love that this will be a grey month. These look great! Still prefer the grey/blue blocks from last week over the grey/pink though ;)

Again, we are soul sisters. I had a job once at a department store and my manager told me I wore too much pink and gray! Your blocks are amazingly beautiful and perfect.

Kristyne, your blocks are beautiful! Your sewing of the blocks are so perfect. Do you use the templates? I love your fabric choices. It will be fun to see it all together one day.

Kris, your blocks are simply beautiful and really, you still seem pretty funny to me!!

Both are beautiful, as are the two anniversary blocks from yesterday. But really, that Friendship block is stunning. Such a wonderful colour combo, such beautiful piecing. Nothing to joke about, for sure! Drool, maybe ...

I love your friendship block! So many pieces. I think that the pink and grey work well together - the grey looks soft and mellow along side the pink. Have a great day today!

Kris, if you don't mind me asking, what fabric is your background for the Daisy Chain. I love it nearly as much as the embroidery. Well, maybe not, but it is so perfect.

Thanks,

Your blocks are just beautiful. On the pink and gray ones, what fabric line is that? I am looking for fabric for my granddaughters quilt and those are perfect. Thanks :-)
