I'd just stumbled across your blog yesterday. (I've read about 1/2 way through the 42 pages of old posts. :-) What can I say, I had some downtime at work yesterday). I'm currently working on a quilt that will have some embroidered blocks based on designs from Jenny at allsorts.com, so this really tickled my fancy. However, now I'm getting distracted, looking at all your pretties. I have to ask, do you have a way of expediting cutting out all those little paper hexies? I was thinking briefly about hitting the craft stores to see if there was an appropriately sized paper punch....

I bought this book a few months ago and love it, Kistyne. I really am not proficient at embroidery, but would like to get better at that skill. I loved the cat on the cover, so I dove in to look at the pictures, patterns and techniques, and the rest was history. I love it. You don't have to count me in the give-a-way because someone should get a copy who doesn't have it. You will be a very lucky winner.
