Quilt Market - Giveaway
November 10, 2011 This was me at the airport waiting for the scale to tell me how much my suitcase weighed, "Oh pleeeeeease, please please please PLEASE be under 50 lbs!" Whew! Just barely made it. :)
I'm really happy with all the pretty fabric I brought home. My creative wheels are turning and I'm dying to start cutting & sewing.

"Woodland" by Lecien. So adorable. I know I'll be making lots of gifts for my daughters' friends as birthday gifts & such.

But my absolute favorite find was, of course, Yoko Saito's book. I'm considering putting it in a safety deposit box. ;)
Ok. Now for some fun for you.
I met one of the nicest people on the planet at Quilt Market - Anne Sutton of Bunny Hill Designs.
And she generously sent me home with some goodies to give away here to a few lovely Pretty by Hand readers. (Thank you Anne!) Not one, not two, but SIX patterns for her adorable little soft creatures.

7. AND an ACTUAL finished Henrietta made from Anne's fabric.

I love Bunny Hill Designs ... I'd be very hard-pressed to just pick ONE pattern that was my favorite!! Pumpkin Hill, Baltimore Bunnies, Rabbits Prefer Chocolate, and one of her newest patterns, Pumpkin Pie are among my top favorites! Thanks for a shot at something fun! I've got a granddaughter due in January and I'd love to to have a Henrietta (or the ability to make my own) for her!! :)
I have her Jelly Bag pattern and have made my favorite tote so far with it. I would love to win Allie the Scottie pattern. Why? Because I own a real life Scottie and I love everything Scottie!

I love "It's Raining Cats and Dogs". The details and the amazing variety in the blocks are just so cute. I saw an actual sample of this at PQIF in October in Santa Clara, CA. It is just as cute in real life as it is online. The animal patters are really cute too. Henrietta is on a baby quilt I made. I am so glad she made friends with you. She seems super nice from her blog and her e-mails. Thanks again. K-
I don't have a favorite Anne Sutton pattern - too many cute ones. But, I have made numerous "Little Charmer Bags" for gifts. Her patterns are easy to follow and the projects always turn out cute.
I stumbled upon you blog a few weeks ago and really enjoy it. You have wonderful ideas and great projects. Keep up the great blog!
I like them all but since I just finished Henrietta Squirrel, she's my favorite pattern right now:) And wouldn't that pink Henrietta be the perfect companion for my quilt:)
love Arnie the cat, but being from St. Louis could use the "Rally Squirrel" or Henrietta Squirrel!!!

I love all of Anne's patterns. This year I made Bunnies Prefer Embroidery and Henrietta Whiskers BOM. I love the combination of piece work, applique and embroidery all in one project. They look beautiful hanging on the walls of my log cabin. I guess for my favorite I would like to pay homage to the pattern that made me a Bunny Hill devotee: Bunnies Prefer Chocolate.

Anne's applique patterns are amazing--so full of detail and fun designs. But I also love her patchwork, and Park Avenue is one of my favorite designs. That pink squirrel in your post is adorable. I may need to make one of those! Thanks for your great blog, and the chance to win

I have been called mouse since I was born. I am called Aunty Mouse by my nieces and nephews, and many people have only ever known me as mouse - they would not know my real name at all. I have collected mice of all kinds and so I Love Love Love Anne's "bitty mouse"

I guess my favorite pattern would be Snowbound...the fact that it was FREE as a BOM on her blog was great too! The happy smowmen make winter just a little brighter for me. This was a very difficul decision. Too many wonderful choices! My favorite is Tiny Town, followed closely by Autumn Houses. Can you tell I really like house blocks? I also loved Sugar Bunnies.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Anne's patterns for several years now, especially her bunnies! My favorite pattern is "Rabbits Prefer Chocolate." (My husband's favorite is "Rabbits Prefer Embroidery." He even bought Anne's Chelsea Manor fabric to go with it!)
I have been a long time fan of Anne's. I love everything she does and I especially love her pink featherweight! I think my favorite pattern is "Rabbits Prefer Chocolate". My youngest DD just got a bunny and she named her "Lily" without my prompting (one of Anne's recent lines is Will and Lily)!
I've enjoyed reading your blog -- I really wish I could go to Quilt Market! So much fun...I'd probably spend everything I earned if I went. Thanks to you and Anne for the giveaway!

Love that little dog pattern. Have made it in Christmas fabric for a wreath, for baby gifts, for myself, etc. Everyone loves it and I just can't stop making them.

Rabbits Prefer Chocolate was the first pattern of Anne's that I saw when it was a BOM at my LQS. It is still my favorite!!! Love Anne's designs/fabric and your blog:)

So hard to choose one favorite of Anne's designs. Her work is so beautiful. I've always wanted to get Autumn House. Gorgeous...just gorgeous.
I have many "favorites" among Anne Sutton's patterns, but my current favorite is Pumpkin Hill. Who can beat squirrels AND pumpkins all in one quilt?
I just love the pumpkin pie, my colour is orange.

Ohhh... thats a hard one to answer. She has so many I like. I love Night before Christmas, and I really like Tiny Town and Cabins & Cottages, but Raining Cats and Dogs is pretty cute too. Can't I just like them all?
I love the Bitty Mouse as it brings back so many memories, mice was one of the first things I used to make out of felt and I had forgotten all about them until today..........Thanks for the memories will have to go and find them.
