Sew Fabulous Giveaway!

Hello Everyone!  I'm very excited to feature Sew Fabulous Quilt Shop today, a terrific online source for quilters.

They have a new and improved website which showcases tons of colorful, cute, feminine and fun fabrics.  You can shop by collection, designer, manufacturer, theme or color and they offer affordable (below MSRP) prices.  Gotta love that!  Plus, they have a new Sale every week.  This week, Salt Air by Cosmo Cricket for Moda is 25% off.

To celebrate their website makeover, Sew Fabulous is letting me play Santa by offering you a chance to win the most beautiful FQ bundle ...

... 26 fat quarters of pure yummy prettiness!

Lecien's latest Durham collection is sooooooo dreamy ... an absolute must-have for any quilter's stash.

So of course I own this bundle.

Ok, ok ... I bought two ... don't judge ... you would too if you were me.

But now a war is raging on inside my head about whether to keep them forever intact so I can admire them on my shelf (and maybe even pet them every once in a while), OR make something that would be nothing short of romantic and lovely and just oh so ... PRETTY.

If you would like a chance to win this bundle and join me in my struggle - unless you're super disciplined and never have trouble cutting into your favorite fabrics ... in which case you have my complete admiration and envy - please leave a comment telling me what you might make with such a bundle.  I need some ideas!

Entries close at 8:00 pm PST on Sunday April 14th and the randomly drawn winner will be announced here on Monday.

Good luck to all of you ... and thank you Sew Fabulous Quilt Shop!

I would make a quilt for my daughters bed and a baby quilt for a soon to arrive baby girl my coworker is having. The fabric is so feminine and dainty. I love it!

I would make a beautiful wall hanging for my sewing room....like you should for that new house.....so I could look at it everyday and admire it! Stunning fabric!!

Oh girlie just gorgeous, I think I would be like you and battle myself to keep them to just look at, or to jump in and make something breathtaking, Gotta think about that a minute :)

Oh my, these are just so delicate. I think I'd make a throw for myself...definitely one that my kids would NOT be allowed to steal from me!

After admiring the fabrics for some time, I would make a soft, lovely summer quilt to spruce up my bedroom.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterDebbie
Oh my....how lovely these fabrics are. I am like you and definitely have trouble cutting into my favorite fabrics. These would have to be petted and gazed upon for quite awhile. I would use these to make something beautiful for a little girls room or some kind of delicate pieced outfit for a little baby girl.

That is totally dreamy fabric! Don't have a clue what I'd do with the bundle but I sure would like to win!!

I will make a gorgeous quilt for my daughter to take to University and it will remind her of her Mum...

Hallo Kristyne,

Ohhhh that is gorgeous. Definitely a quilt for my little sweetie and one for her doll too (gotta use up those scraps). Extra scraps, if there's any left would be for one of your adorable pencil cases!! Love the new patterns BTW!!! Have a good day!!

They are so pretty. I think I'd stroke them for a month or so until Amazon deliver Camille's new book and then I'd make something from her new book.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterJust Sew Sue
That is beautiful and romantic. It would make a beautiful bed runner. I would just have to redecorate my room to have it match. Might be worth doing though.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterCIndy
I would make something pretty, by hand with the fabrics that would combine embrodiery and wool applique. I am thinking a very sweet wall hanging for my house. Enjoy looking at your bundle. It is just fine to let your fabrics live on display with you for a time.lol
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterLeslie
I would do my best to be brave, cut into it, and make myself a pretty quilt!!
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterHannah
I would love this in my stash. I am not sure how long I would be able to leave it there, I see a beautiful quilt to snuggle in on cold winter days. Don't you?
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterTam Brown
Have you seen the last pattern of Jennifer Reynolds(Jenny of Elefantz)? That's what i would love to make. It's called Shabby Angels and its divine!
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterRuth K
I have a pattern for a raw-edge circle lap quilt that I made in some reproduction-civil war fabrics for my husband's brother. It turned out wonderful and I LOVE the pattern.... that fabric stack is just crying out to be used in the same pattern to make a COMPLETELY different look and utterly feminine; with a shabby-chic softness to it from the raw edges right out of the drier... *sigh*... I can almost feel it wrapped up around me on this chilly rainy day in Ohio! But I think it would also make a really cute (un-quilt related) tiered skirt that would be oh-so-summery...

OMG, rivals Paris Flea Market for prettiness! I think I'd have to save (hoard) it for a special baby quilt for home dec project.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterCathy
I would love to receive those lovely fabrics! I think I would make another dresden plate quilt. with them.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterCindy
I would save it until I got really good at making quilts! Then I would use the leftover to make pretty placemats like your Valentine ones and a few pincushions to go with my new pins I ordered from Pinks and Needles! :)
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterSophia!
Think I would make a small quilt/table topper--after I quit drooling of course!!
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterLinda
So, so, so, so pretty! I confess I'm not sure I would want to cut them. My 9 year old might squeal with delight when she sees them. I guess because I love her so much, I might make her a little something. She will be turning double digits this December.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterRebecca S.
A Honey Bee Quilt of course ....if I could bear to cut it up...
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterSam
My mother would LOVE this fabric. I would make her a nice fresh pretty quilt
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterLynn
I think I too would have trouble cutting into this!

But once I did I think I'd have to go a bit more of a traditional quilt complete with hand embroidery to do this fabric justice!
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterNaomi
I would use these gorgeous fabrics in making a double wedding ring quilt of pastel floral fabrics with some solid pinks. Hand quilted by me, of course! It's the dream quilt on my bucket list. A generous opportunity...thank you.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterSharon A.
It is so beautiful I would just have to gaze at it for a while. Then I would make perhaps a simple 9 patch quilt. No, I think a sweet little tote purse. Well, thinking about it a little more it should be patch work table topper. No wait, I know, a pretty sewing machine cover. Or.......
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterDebbie Johnson
Oh! Oh! Oh! I've been wanting to order your Honey Bee Bag pattern and these fabrics would be perfect for that!!!!!
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterDebby
A dress for my daughter, something patchwork so you can see all the pretty fabric
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterHeahter
Ohh that is so pretty. I would make my sister a quilt with that. She is a girly girl and would love it! Thank you for the chance. Love your site!

A quilt for my darling daughter! Maybe a 'Swoon' quilt!
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterGill
I have quilted for over 30 years and never have I made anything.for myself. I think it is about time. I recently added a new bedroom to the house and its of a green colour. Wouldnt that fabric be fabulous? Being a vintage girl at heart I think it would be a very very pretty dresden plate with a darker sashing.

Please have sympathy for me as I just broke my leg yesterday and I just feel so horrid with the snow and the foot lol

Hmmmm, I think I would make the lovely HoneyBee Quilt with those. They are so soft and pretty. And with the leftovers, I would make the matching Honey Bee Purse. Because one must match the quilt to the purse, right?
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterLee
My Mom is turning 87 later this spring. This fabric would make her a lovely quilt.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterJanell
Wonderful fabrics, so soft and girly. Would make an outfit for my granddaughter with a matching quilt.
Beautiful fabric. I am going to make a memory quilt (i'm a learner!!!) using pieces of my wedding dress, so if I were lucky enough to win this fabric it would be perfect x
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered Commenterpen
Oh gosh; if I had to cut into them I would probably make a quilt so I could roll around in the prettiness whenever I wanted to and no one would think I was crazy!

That bundle has made me weak in the knees! I actually don't know what I would make......yet. So many lovely projects come to mind. I have four daughters and two granddaughters, so there would be no end to the lovelies that could come from these fabrics.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterLori Ginsberg
So pretty! I'd have a hard time cutting into it, but I think I'd make a quilt for my bed! :)
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterChristy
I would make a quilt for my campervan Jessie, she is gorgeous too and would love a beautiful quilt!
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterDEB
I think I would just have to put it on my shelf and admire it and pet it occasionally and show it off to friends for a long time before I could think of cutting into it.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered Commentermarcella
So pretty! A quilt, for sure... though it's such beautiful fabric that I would have to just sit and stare at it for quite a while. ;)
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterBonnie James
I would make a beautiful summery quilt for my living room. I'm thinking a simple nine patch or 16 or 25 patch design with white or cream sashing would be fresh & lovely and would let the fabrics shine.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterMichelle Olsen
Oh my, that is the fabric dreams are made of!!! Truly, truly lovely!!!

If I had to cut into this fabric it has to be so that I can see it regularly.....so, I think I'd like to make pillows for my bed. (I'd willingly and happily change the whole room for this, btw, but I dont' have to as it happens!!!) I'd choose a simple patchwork that would allow for bigger shapes so that I could get a good look at each fabric...plus, I find simple patchwork very charming.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterLaura
oh my goodness - I would make the prettiest low volume quilt ever!!! Thanks for the chance to win :)
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered Commenterwendy
I would definitely make it into a quilt using the Stargazer pattern from Cotton Charm Quilts. It's perfect.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterColleen M
I have been wanting to make an Irish Chain with soft colors and this bundle would be perfect.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterRiseB
I would try not to drool on it, I would pet it and then I would chose exactly the right quilt pattern to sew for ME! Bren designs the most luscious fabric and I can definitely see why you own TWO of these!!
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterMary on Lake Pulaski
I don't know that I would be brave enough to cut into this beautiful fabric. So, I might like two, or three. One to cut up and at least one to admire! I think that if I had one FQ bundle and were going to make something, I would use it to make coordinating accessories for my sewing room. A pillow for my chair, a pin cushion, some wall art, maybe a lampshade for my small lamp, a thread catcher.
April 11, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterMichelle W
I am new to your site, and love all the soft, beautiful things you have to show. I would love to make a throw blanket to put into my Women's cave/craft room for when I am sitting in my comfy chair doing hand work.
