fresh figs giveaway

You all know Fig Tree Quilts, right?  Joanna has a way of putting a fresh, yet somehow timeless spin on traditional quilt designs.  Her latest batch of patterns is out.

I've got a sudden craving for Cherry Pie.

In pink, of course.

Or maybe red.

I do have a nice little stack of reds in my stash.

Hmmm.  I dunno.

Decisions, decisions.

How about you help me decide?

Ok, here's the deal.  If you leave me a comment telling me if I should make my Cherry Pie quilt with pink or red cherries, you will be entered to win ALL SEVEN of the patterns shown above.

Comments close on Monday 23rd and the winner will be announced Tuesday 24th.

I'm going to say go for the classic red cherries but throw in 1 pink cherry for visual interest. Pink is your signature color (said with a southern accent a la Steel Magnolias....sorry love that movie), so it would be like putting your stamp on it.

September 19, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterCJ
I love pink but I love cherry motifs also and they are so classic in red. I would definitely go with red. It gives you more pink to play with for something else!
September 19, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterLaura K
Well, now that's a nice little give away game you have going on. Obviously, you need you make Cherry Pie in red, of course. Because 1: cherries are red, not pink, and 2: there's a financial crisis going on, so you have to use your stash, sweetie!
September 19, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterMarja
Call me crazy, but why not have pink AND red cherries?! I think it would look beautifully shabby! :)
September 19, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterAshley S
I would say red, usually my thought would be pink is better, but with all the lovely white space in the quilt, I think the stronger red, is the better of the two options. xx
September 19, 2013 | Unregistered CommenterEggs
Is there any doubt?? Red AND pink. Of course!! :-)

Love Fig Tree patterns. They are wonderful.
